More than a business card

Booking details for reviews and headshots will be shared when registration opens.

Resume reviews

Sit down with a reviewer and leave with clear, practical edits to your resume or portfolio.

Professional headshots

Step in front of the camera and walk away with a fresh photo for LinkedIn and your applications.

Interview rooms

Quiet, private rooms where employers can turn a good booth conversation into a real interview.

Admission

Two days. Free to attend.

What admission covers

Registration opens once the venue and capacity are confirmed.

  • Both Expo days: August 12-13
  • Main Street employers, Builders' Row startups and The Commons
  • Resume reviews and professional headshots
  • The Village Market of independent makers
  • Existing festival passes accepted without another purchase

Good to know

Before you register

Some workshops and introductions may require a separate reservation. Walk-ins will be welcome, subject to venue capacity.

Expo admission does not include other festival events. No resume is required to attend, and attending is not a promise of an interview or a job.

Your game plan

Make the most of your visit

  1. Pick your top five

Check the exhibitor directory before you come and choose the five organizations you most want to meet.

  2. Bring a 30-second intro

Who you are, what you do and what you are looking for. A resume or portfolio helps, but is never required to enter.

  3. Come early

The floor is quieter in the morning, so conversations run longer. Book your resume review or headshot first.

  4. Follow up within 48 hours

Ask each employer for the best next step, then follow up while the conversation is still fresh.

Your information, your choice

Career introductions with care

C-Tribe coordinates employer introductions. A booth purchase does not grant access to resumes.

Career-introduction registration is not open yet. When it opens, resume sharing will be optional and require your approval for a named employer. There is no public resume directory.

What to expect

  • A private career profile reviewed by authorized C-Tribe staff.
  • A request identifying the employer and purpose before sharing.
  • Your choice to accept or decline an introduction.
  • Clear access, withdrawal and retention information before you upload.

C-Tribe privacy policy

The target deadline for advance-introduction preparation is August 5, 2027. This is not an admission deadline, and meeting it is not a promise of a match.

FAQ

Before you come

Do I need to be actively looking for a job?
No. You can attend to explore careers, meet people, discover training options or visit the marketplace. All career stages are welcome.
Do I need to apply and be approved to attend?
General admission will use free registration, not an application or resume review. Capacity limits and any separately reserved programming will be explained when registration opens.
Can I attend without sharing a resume?
Yes. Resume submission and employer introductions are optional and separate from Expo admission.
Is the venue accessible?
The venue is not confirmed yet. Step-free access, facilities, transport and accommodation information will be published before registration opens. Email hello@ctribefestival.com with an access question.
