C-Tribe is a nonprofit festival and conference in Edmonton. We celebrate diversity and help innovative, creative people from underestimated communities achieve their dreams.

It started with 170 people in a theatre.

In 2017 we opened the doors of Edmonton's Garneau Theatre to 170 guests. Since then the festival has grown to cover tech, gaming, fashion, culture, music and film, and has welcomed more than 8,500 attendees.

We believe a platform that celebrates diversity, sparks imagination and gives people real tools can change lives, personally and professionally. Done right, it also helps answer automation by upskilling the people it affects most.

Who runs C-Tribe

C-Tribe Society is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. The board sets strategic direction, provides fiduciary oversight and keeps the work aligned with our mission. Members bring experience in technology, finance, the arts and community development.
